By using Ahsan Parhiar HR Consultancy services, you agree to the following terms that govern your use of our website and the HR services we provide, including consultations, contract drafting, and template services.

For advice consultations, we aim to respond within 24 hours of your inquiry. If you purchase contract drafting or template services, please note that delivery may take up to one week due to the time required to tailor these documents to your specific needs.

If you purchase any of our HR service packages—Basic, Advanced, or Enterprise—please be aware that the same refund policy applies. Once you download or receive templates by email, or if a contract is drafted, you will be charged for the full service. If you choose to cancel within 14 days and no templates or advice have been used, you will receive a 75% refund. A 25% admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. If any templates or advice have been used, no refund will be issued.
